A major bank needed an additional full-stack specialist to expand its existing technical team without spending significant time on internal recruitment. The priority was to bring the required expertise into the project quickly while retaining flexibility if team requirements changed.
What we did
We selected a full-stack specialist according to the client's requirements and organised phased onboarding into the banking project. The specialist joined the client's existing team through the outstaffing model, while Solway handled the staffing side of the engagement.
