A recruiting automation system where AI agents process candidates and manage communication.
Where we started
Recruiting workflows depended on a large number of manual operations: processing new requests, initial communication, adapting CVs to the company's format, distributing tasks between HR and managers and tracking statuses and approvals. As a result, the team spent significant time on repetitive operations, some requests could remain unattended, and information about candidates and vacancies was distributed between chats, spreadsheets, CRM systems and email.
What we did
We developed a web system with AI agents that handle repetitive stages of recruitment: processing incoming requests;rnpreparing and adapting CVs; updating statuses; monitoring tasks; supporting communication. The platform includes a unified inbox for recruiting tasks, an agent activity dashboard, a Skills Library for configuring automation scenarios and a Company Settings section. AI agents work according to predefined rules, record the result of each task and help the team move faster from an incoming request to candidate processing and approval.
What we achieved
The system reduced the amount of manual work required from the HR team, accelerated candidate processing and made the recruitment process more transparent. Tasks, statuses, agent actions and communications are now available in one interface, simplifying operational control and reducing the risk of losing incoming requests. The key result is a faster, more structured recruitment process that depends less on repetitive manual operations.
