Where we started
Recruiting processes heavily relied on a massive volume of manual tasks: processing new requests, handling initial outreach, formatting CVs to company standards, distributing tasks between HR and hiring managers, and tracking statuses and approvals. As a result, the team wasted valuable time on repetitive operations, critical requests often stalled without progress, and candidate and vacancy data remained scattered across isolated chats, spreadsheets, CRMs, and emails.
What we did
We developed a unified web system powered by AI agents that take over repetitive recruitment stages: processing incoming requests, formatting and tailoring CVs, updating pipeline statuses, tracking tasks, and managing ongoing communication. The platform integrates a unified inbox for all recruitment tasks, an agent activity dashboard, a skills library to configure automation scenarios, and a company settings module. Operating under predefined rules, these AI agents log execution outcomes and empower the team to accelerate the transition from initial request to candidate shortlisting and subsequent approval.
What we achieved
The system significantly reduced the manual workload on the HR team, accelerated candidate processing, and brought absolute transparency to the recruitment pipeline. With all tasks, statuses, agent actions, and communications consolidated into a single interface, tracking became effortless and the risk of missing incoming requests was virtually eliminated. The key outcome: recruitment became faster, more structured, and highly decoupled from repetitive manual friction.
