Where we started
Processing performance varied because ore quality and operating conditions constantly changed.rnrnPlant operators had to make manual adjustments based on information coming from different parts of the production chain. Disconnected data, variable ore composition and delayed reactions reduced efficiency, increased energy consumption and made production stability harder to maintain.
What we did
Solway worked alongside AI and backend specialists to integrate predictive optimisation into plant operations.rnrnOur team designed and developed the operator-facing interface, including real-time operational dashboards, advanced data visualisation and clear AI-generated recommendations.rnrnOperators could monitor critical metrics and use machine-learning recommendations to adjust processing parameters directly from a structured interface.
What we achieved
The solution contributed to an increase in plant productivity of up to 15% and reduced energy consumption by 10%.rnrnProduction became more stable, operators gained faster access to actionable information, and fewer manual adjustments were required. The system also supported the client's environmental goals by reducing resource consumption and waste.
