A secure web platform for subsidy management, limit checks, certificate issuing, and document coordination.
Where we started
A regional European programme needed a digital system for managing financial-protection subsidies. The process involved citizens, accredited institutions and government stakeholders and required sensitive personal and financial data to move securely between them. Applications also involved documents, signed certificates, eligibility calculations and changing statuses that had to be processed reliably and in near real time.
What we did
We developed a secure platform with structured multi-role workflows, real-time application status updates and a dedicated document management system. Users can upload documents from mobile devices using QR codes, while the system supports signed certificate generation and role-based processing by authorised organisations. Security, data protection, accessibility and integration with existing systems were considered at the architectural level.
What we achieved
The MVP was delivered in four months. Application and document processing became significantly more structured, coordination between participating organisations improved and the architecture was prepared for increasing user demand. The platform also improved security controls and reduced operational complexity around subsidy administration.
