A secure web platform for subsidy management, limit checks, certificate issuing, and document coordination.
Where we started
We have developed a robust document management system designed for the efficient and secure processing of documents. This system supports a range of functions essential to subsidy administration, including the issuance of signed certificates. We also enabled document uploads via QR codes from clients' mobile phones. Coordinating among various stakeholders—such as government bodies, accredited agencies, and end-users—to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure effective service delivery involves complex project management and communication strategies.
What we did
Solway developed a subsidy platform with a focus on security, scalability, and user accessibility. We implemented state-of-the-art encryption, data security methods, and scalable cloud technologies to efficiently handle growing user and data volumes. The platform's UI/UX was designed in accordance with international accessibility standards to ensure ease of use for all users, including those with disabilities. Our strategy also included seamless integration with existing systems, strict compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective stakeholder coordination. Using advanced real-time data processing and robust document management systems, we ensured the platform's responsiveness and reliability. Solway's proactive and comprehensive approach laid a solid foundation for continuous improvement and future scalability.

The MVP was developed in 4 months. It features enhanced data security and privacy compliance, scalable infrastructure to accommodate growing user demand, integration with existing government systems, effective coordination between agencies within the system, a fast and reliable document management system, reduced operating costs, and increased efficiency.
